Collecting your information is essential for us to provide our products and services to you. It also helps us to understand your needs, enabling us to provide you with a greater quality of service.

How do we collect personal information ?

We only collect information when you knowingly provide it. Collection may include requesting information by phone, filling out a registration form on check-in, providing your business card to us, or e-mailing or faxing us your details.

Do we disclose your personal information to anyone ?

We may disclose your personal information where you have consented to us doing so. We may also be required or authorised by law to disclose your personal information.

Is your personal information up-to-date ?

It is important that the personal information we collect is accurate, complete and up-to-date. You can contact us at any time to update your personal information, or to tell us if your personal information is inaccurate or incomplete.

Is your personal information secure ?

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your personal information from misuse, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. When your information is no longer required we securely destroy it from our systems.

Can you access your personal information ?

You may request access to the information we hold about you by contacting us. We may be required by law to retain your personal information after you have ceased your relationship with us.

Does your personal information leave the country ?

We do not send personal information outside the country unless to do so is authorised by law.

What about sensitive information ?

Sensitive information can be about racial or ethnic origin, membership of a profession or trade, personal health or other personal information. We only collect, use or disclose sensitive information about you as is allowed by law.

Our privacy policy may change from time to time.

We constantly review our policies and procedures to keep up-to-date with changes in law, technology and the needs of our guests and we may change this policy from time to time.

Can you complain about a breach of your privacy ?

Terms & Conditions

COVID booking cancellation terms

Please refer to your travel insurance for your COVID policy.

Tariffs

Tariffs are subject to change without notice. No apartment or penthouse is guaranteed in case of change of ownership, renovation upgrade or emergency maintenance issues that may arise. In the event that your selected apartment is not available we will offer an alternative equivalent unit in the complex. If an apartment or penthouse is taken out of our letting pool by an owner, any future guests who have deposited bookings in that apartment will be offered an alternative equivalent apartment in the complex. Minimum night stays may apply.

Deposit

Deposit of $500 for Apartments & $1000 for Penthouses in low season and minimum $1000 for Apartments & $2000 for Penthouses in high season.

Payment

Final Balance is Payable in full 14 days prior to arrival (Low/Mid Seasons) and 30 days prior to arrival (High/Peak Seasons)

Discounted / Special offer bookings

These bookings require full payment at time of booking with no change of dates allowed and are non refundable if cancelled and do not receive a mid-stay service on bookings of 7 nights or more.

Cancellation Notice

Low/Mid Seasons – Bookings cancelled prior to 15 days of arrival will be refunded the Deposit less $100 Admin Fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days or less of your arrival are Non-refundable.

High/Peak Seasons – Bookings cancelled prior to 31 days of arrival will be refunded the Deposit less $100 Admin Fee. Bookings cancelled within 30 days or less of your arrival are Non-refundable

For All Seasons – No refunds will be given for early departure, reduction of stay or for discounted/special offer bookings.

Credit Cards

Visa, MasterCard & American Express Credit Card payments incur a surcharge of 1.5%. A Credit Card must be provided as security for every booking – even if you are wanting to pay your balance by bank transfer to avoid credit card fees.

Overnight Bookings

We do not accept over night bookings

SCHOOLIES BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Our Units

All of our apartments are individually owned, under individual letting agreements. Please note that at times units may be not available due to renovations or being removed from the letting pool, which may result in us not being able to honour your booking. We will make all endeavours to accommodate your booking elsewhere in the resort if possible, and contact you immediately if unable to do so.
