Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our Property Rules

UPON ARRIVAL

No Party Policy:
We hope enjoy your stay at this holiday property, however, we ask you to be mindful that this is a residential area and request you and your guests keep noise levels down.

It is imperative that Management ensure that all guests be advised of our strict ‘No Party Policy’ to ensure that all guests in the resort have an enjoyable stay. Please do not use pools after 9:00pm or before 7.30am, as noise tends to carry from balconies and across water. We request that outdoor gatherings be moved inside after 9:00pm.

Should any disturbances continue after these hours please call our security 0418 182 193.

In-room Amenities:
A ‘starter pack’ is provided upon your arrival which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, toilet paper, chux cloth, dishwashing liquid & dishwashing powder. These Items are not replenished during a mid-stay service. If you require more of these items, reception has them for an additional cost or there is a Coles & IGA located in Noosa Junction.

Beach/Pools Towels:
Towels can be hired at a cost of $5 per towel for the duration of your stay.

Parking:
Each apartment is allocated 1 parking space and 2 parking spaces per penthouse. Your car park number is the same as your apartment number. Please always park in your allocated park. If your car does not fit in the allocated car parking space or if you require additional car parking, there is untimed On Street public parking available along Noosa Drive and Natasha Avenue.

Room Keys:
You can access your apartment by placing your key on the lock and as you remove it, you will hear a buzzing noise which gives you access to your apartment. These keys can also be utilised for both the back and front gate (after hours) and the security gate for the private boardwalk that takes you down to Hastings Street and Main Beach.

Room Servicing:
If you’re staying 7 nights or more a midweek service is provided. Servicing will be between 9am and 3pm and you will be notified the day prior.

Resort Facilities:
Rooftop & Lower Resort Swimming Pools & Spas, Sauna, Common Area BBQs, and our Tennis Court are STRICTLY for INHOUSE NOOSA CREST GUESTS USE ONLY. Maximum 1 hour Tennis Court booking per Apartment or Penthouse per day between the hours of 8am & 9pm. Basketball hoop can only be used between the hours of 9am and 6pm. All bookings must be written on the Tennis Court Bookings blackboard on the day.

Resort Gates:
The main Front Entry gates are closed each evening from 8.30pm to 6.00am. When returning to the resort, please use the swipe box for entry. Resort Private Boardwalk: The private boardwalk begins under the carpark at the far end from reception and can accommodate prams with a ramp style access with only a few steps at the top and bottom of the boardwalk.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted throughout the resort including balconies, rooftops, apartments, common and pool areas.

UPON DEPARTURE

Check out is at 10am. Please return your apartment keys to reception.

To assist our cleaners and the security of the property on your departure, please ensure:

  • For your privacy, please log out from all devices including Smart TVs, Netflix and Google Accounts;
  • Dishwasher is on and no crockery, cutlery or glassware is left dirty on benches; All rubbish is taken out and not left in apartment;
  • Any outside umbrellas are put down;
  • BBQ is left clean; and
  • Air conditioners, lights electrical and appliances are turned off.

In the event of the property being left in an excessively dirty or untidy state, a charge may be made to the guests credit card. All such charges are subject to our discretion.
