Getting around

Our location is unrivalled, providing guests a balance of serene privacy and with easy access to all of Noosa’s best attractions.

Our private wooden boardwalk connects guests to the vibrant energy of Hastings Street, with its upscale dining, boutique shopping and lively entertainment. A lively hub of supermarkets, cinemas, bars, shops and restaurants can be found in the form of Noosa Junction, which is accessible on foot from Noosa Crest.

Our Sauna

Sauna keys can be collected from the bottom safe next to the reception door - safe code 3012#.

• Only take the keys when ready for use. Sauna can be used between 8am & 9pm daily.
• The Sauna takes approximately 15 mins to heat up.
• Please complete the form inside the safe when taking and returning the keys.
• When finished with the sauna, please relock both sauna locks & return keys to the bottom safe so that other guests can use it after you. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the Sauna.

Stay active and play

For those seeking active pursuits, Noosa Crest Resort & Apartments features a full-size tennis court, perfect for a friendly game or two. Our tennis court is free for all guests to use, and we provide complimentary racquets for your convenience.

In-house guests can reserve the tennis court each day from 8am – 9pm. To reserve your spot, simply write your name on the Tennis Court Bookings blackboard opposite reception. A new pack of 4 tennis balls can be purchased from reception - cash only $15.

We also have an on court basketball hoop, available for use from 9am – 6pm, with basketballs available from reception.

Fitness options near Noosa Crest

We understand the importance of maintaining an active lifestyle even during your getaway. While we don't have an on-site gym, we're more than happy to recommend nearby options for your fitness needs. Just a short 10-minute walk from the property, you'll find Franks Gym, which welcomes casual visitors and offers a range of facilities. Give them a call on 07 5447 3040 or visit them at 14 Lanyana Way, Noosa Junction.

If you're a Pilates enthusiast, Studio Pilates is also within a 10-minute walk from the property. Their studio offers various classes suitable for all levels. You can reach them at 0413 927 880 or visit them at 24 Lanyana Way, Noosa Junction.

Property Rules

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for all guests, we kindly request adherence to our Property Rules

UPON ARRIVAL

No Party Policy:
To ensure an enjoyable stay for everyone as we are a family resort, excessive noise & disturbances to others and any other objectional behaviour is not permitted at any time.

All noise must be kept to a minimum from 10pm to 7am. Please report noise issues after 9pm to onsite security on +61 418 182 193.

• Parties, functions, schoolies, and pets are not permitted.
• This property and complex are non-smoking.
• In keeping with the residential area governance of the Noosa Council, no noise after 10pm.

In-room Amenities:
A ‘starter pack’ is provided upon your arrival which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap, toilet paper, chux cloth, dishwashing liquid & dishwashing powder. These Items are not replenished during a mid-stay service. If you require more of these items, reception has them for an additional cost or there is a Coles & IGA located in Noosa Junction.

Beach/Pools Towels:
Towels can be hired at a cost of $5 per towel for the duration of your stay.

Parking:
Each apartment is allocated 1 parking space and 2 parking spaces per penthouse. Your car park number is the same as your apartment number. Please always park in your allocated park. If your car does not fit in the allocated car parking space or if you require additional car parking, there is untimed On Street public parking available along Noosa Drive and Natasha Avenue.

Room Keys:
You can access your apartment by placing your key on the lock and as you remove it, you will hear a buzzing noise which gives you access to your apartment. These keys can also be utilised for both the back and front gate (after hours) and the security gate for the private boardwalk that takes you down to Hastings Street and Main Beach.

Room Servicing:
If you’re staying 7 nights or more a midweek service is provided. Servicing will be between 9am and 3pm and you will be notified the day prior.

Resort Facilities:
Rooftop & Lower Resort Swimming Pools & Spas, Sauna, Common Area BBQs, and our Tennis Court are STRICTLY for INHOUSE NOOSA CREST GUESTS USE ONLY. Maximum 1 hour Tennis Court booking per Apartment or Penthouse per day between the hours of 8am & 9pm. Basketball hoop can only be used between the hours of 9am and 6pm. All bookings must be written on the Tennis Court Bookings blackboard on the day.

Resort Gates:
The main Front Entry gates are closed each evening from 8.30pm to 6.00am. When returning to the resort, please use the swipe box for entry. Resort Private Boardwalk: The private boardwalk begins under the carpark at the far end from reception and can accommodate prams with a ramp style access with only a few steps at the top and bottom of the boardwalk.

Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted throughout the resort including balconies, rooftops, apartments, common and pool areas.

UPON DEPARTURE

Check out is at 10am. Please return your apartment keys to reception.

To assist our cleaners and the security of the property on your departure, please ensure:

• For your privacy, please log out from all devices including Smart TVs, Netflix and Google Accounts;
• Dishwasher is on and no crockery, cutlery or glassware is left dirty on benches; All rubbish is taken out and not left in apartment;
• Any outside umbrellas are put down;
• BBQ is left clean; and
• Air conditioners, lights electrical and appliances are turned off.

In the event of the property being left in an excessively dirty or untidy state, a charge may be made to the guests credit card. All such charges are subject to our discretion.
