We have just enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Noosa Crest. A beautiful location and a gorgeous outlook from our room over the ocean and the Noosa river. The room was spacious and very clean. The refurbished bathrooms and kitchen were very stylish. It was family friendly and we will definately return to Noosa Crest on our next trip to the Sunshine Coast.

Wow Noosa Crest Sweeping view of Noosa, Noosa northshore and hinterland. All Staffing were helpful and communicated useful info during booking and confirmation day prior to arrival and upon check in Unit 19 ground floor unit has spectaular view and a lawn area from patio. Direct acces to lawn and landscaped areas great for young children. Choice of 2 pools and rooftop BBQ areas

Fantastic apartment. We stayed in 28 and it was fantastic value. Everything we needed was there for us including dishwashing powder! The rooftop balcony area and pool are great as well! Recommend this resort to anyone

We were absolutely delighted with everything that Noosa Crest had to offer. The decor of the unit, the views/scenery from the spacious windows, the beautifully presented gardens, pool and BBQ. We could go on, but to say the least we had a great holiday supported by the excellent accommodation. Staff were very attentative and helpful at all times. We have every intention of returning to Noosa Crest again.

Thank you for making our first trip to Noosa so enjoyable. The apartment was perfect for our young family with the large balcony and open plan living areas. The availability of toys for the pool and the beach from reception was appreciated! Your staff was always friendly and helpful. We aim to come back for a longer stay next time round.

Our first visit to Noosa, Wendy & Donna organised town house 1 for 6 adults and Baby, best choice for a family with young ones.We had direct access to the pool & Spa and plenty of room for everyone, very well equipped and great views, we did take a look at an upgrade but agreed we did well to stay with the first choice. Noosa is by far the most relaxing holiday we have had in a long time and would most definitely return to Noosa Crest Resort. Would also recommend Gastons Restaurant for superb meals Brekkie & Dinner were so much better than others we tried.

Fantastic complex. Immaculately clean. We have 4 teenagers and the 3 room apartment was perfect. This was our first trip to Noosa from New Zealand and we will definately return. Thank you for the amazing service!

My partner, I and my mother-in-law are planning our first trip to Australia in December 2011. We booked and paid in full for a premium 2-bedroom penthouse suite at the Noosa Crest from December 5 to December 11 through Travelocity.ca. Subsequently we have been told by the hotel that they will not honour our booking, and they are offering us an inferior standard 2-bedroom penthouse suite for the same price. We have been told that the reason for this is that the hotel booking manager made a mistake on the listing, and that this suite is not available. However they are still listing the premium 2-bedroom penthouse for the dates we have booked the suite for on multiple websites, albeit at a higher price. We are shocked that the hotel will not honour our booking, and we frankly have never experienced something like this anywhere else we have traveled to. This is a question of basic principles of honouring commitments and of customer care. The matter remains unresolved. We would warn others who are considering booking at this hotel that you are reserving at your own risk, as the hotel management may not honour advertised rates and room types.

Beautiful views, lovely furnishings in a great apartment (premium penthouse). Be wary of renovation noise though! We were placed next door to renovation and it was very difficult with a toddler needing day sleeps – so check before booking which room you have! Also disappointed to have to pay extra for things such as a staircase gate which only stayed in place with the use of our belts from our jeans! We would stay again provided we were garunteed a room away from renovations

We are repeat visitors and have always received good, prompt, attentive service. Room very pleasant.
